I like that CCleaner program. I tried it out and it may be able to help with this problem.
If CCleaner alone does not remove the software, you can try searching for the program.
Click Start, then Search
enter in HDX4 and see if it comes up in the search.
If it does come up in the search tell me what directory it is found in. This information could be important.
If it doesn't come up in the search then the filename is different than the program's title. You'll have to download software that can tell you where running processes are located.
By the way (and this is important) does HD4X Video Editor show up in your process list when you hit CTRL ALT DEL and click the "processes" tab?
